Two corporate besties. One shared grievance.
Corporate Candles was started by two corporate besties and born out of pure hate for pretentious corporate culture.
The strategic kind of hate. Measured, documented, and added to the agenda.
After enough “quick syncs,” “gentle reminders,” and meetings about the meeting before the actual meeting, we started noticing something: corporate language is objectively ridiculous. Everyone says the same phrases. Nobody knows what they mean. Somehow, we all keep typing them.
So we turned them into candles.
Because “Per My Last Email” feels slightly less hostile when it smells like smoked vanilla, amber, and clove. And “Quick Sync?” is easier to accept when there is green tea, mint, and absolutely no calendar invitation involved.
Corporate speak is the joke. Our candles are not.
Behind every passive-aggressive label is a properly developed fragrance, clean design, and a candle you will genuinely want to have on your desk, or to gift your colleagues (only the ones you don’t entirely hate).
Each candle comes in gift-ready packaging, with an optional blank gift note card add-on that you can use to express your genuine thoughts. We take our candles seriously because work already contains enough things held together by vague promises and a final-final-v6 document.
Made for people who have seen things.
The unnecessary reply-all.
The meeting that could have been an email.
The email that should never have existed.
Corporate Candles is for anyone who has ever typed “sounds good” while staring silently into the middle distance. For your work bestie, your manager with a sense of humor, your recently promoted friend, or yourself after surviving another quarter.
We cannot cancel your 4 PM status call. But we can make the room smell better while it happens.
Please find lit.
